That's what the managed hosting covers. When something goes wrong, you let us know and we fix it. You never need to touch a terminal, restart a server, or debug anything. We also run automated health checks that catch most issues before you even notice them.
Your assistant is live by the end of our first call. The onboarding call takes about an hour, and your assistant sends its first message that same day. You'll receive your first morning briefing the next morning.
OpenClaw runs on AI models from Anthropic (the company behind Claude). You create a free account and generate an API key - which is how your assistant thinks. You pay Anthropic directly for your usage. Most people spend $10-100 per week depending on how much they use it and which models we configure. For context, that's less than most people spend on SaaS tools they barely open. We set up smart cost routing so simple questions use the cheap model and only complex ones hit the expensive one - which keeps costs down without you having to think about it.
No lock-in. Cancel anytime - just finish out the current month. If you cancel, your server stays running until the end of your billing period. Everything's yours - workspace files, memory, configuration. We'll export it all when you leave, or help you set it up on your own machine.

Second, security - running it on a remote server means your assistant doesn't have access to your entire hard drive, your files, your photos.
